If you didn’t catch it from an earlier post, since Chicago is a foodie town, we thought it would be fun to adapt our Festival Pet Project for our Houston show, and turn it into 4″x6″ fabric postcard recipe challenge where the proceeds could be donated to a local Chicago food back. (So think fabric postcards, but instead of a postcard backing where you would put an address and a stamp, you would share a favorite recipe.)
Today I received our first fabric recipe postcard and I love it. Sounds tasty. It’s for Pterodactyl Soup.

And the back with the recipe. (Warning: By posting this recipe, I am not endorsing this recipe, and will not be held responsible or liable if you get food poisoning.)
Thank you Kay Flick of Green Bay, Wisconsin for sending this to me. Hilarious!
And I hope others will help me with a starting bank of fabric recipe postcards and send them in a mailer (as soon as possible) to:

Send as many as you care to make! All proceeds will go to a local Chicago food bank!
